This is a full charge fiscal management position in a fund accounting environment. Responsible for payroll, GL, budget, etc. Required: Bachelor's degree in business mgmt, accounting or other related fields and 1 yr experience in accounting, business management and fiscal reporting. OR 3 years experience in accounting, business management and fiscal reporting. Extensive computer experience. Criminal background clearance.

Full time, salaried position. Benefits: Paid time off, medical reimbursement plan and 401(k).

 

Current Available Positions

Group Home Manager: Responsible for all aspects of a group home and ensuring the supports necessary for each person served to meet his/her visions and outcomes. This includes the health, safety, cleanliness and comfort of the individuals, the treatment and training they receive, the condition of the home, its furnishings and equipment. The base schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm and on-call for emergencies during the evening Monday through Thursday. Will be on-call for the weekend every six weeks.

Qualifications: Two years of education and/or experience in the human services or related field, supervisory experience, valid driver license and pass the criminal background and driving record checks, basic accounting skills, ability to safely operate a 13 passenger handicap van and adaptive equipment, and the ability to flex schedule as necessary to meet the needs of the home, work unsupervised, and be self-motivating.

Residential Instructor: Work with a fun team of people to provide residential services! Schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Staff assist with activities of daily living such as personal care, meals, medications, leisure, and recreational activities. Applicants must be of legal age to complete job requirements, possess a valid driver license, and submit to criminal background and driving record checks. Training is provided.

Residential Substitutes: Work on an on-call basis mornings 6:00 am – 9:00 am, evenings 4:00 pm to 8:00, 9:00 or 10:00 pm, weekends, or holidays.  You accept or decline the hours offered. Staff assist with activities of daily living such as personal care, meals, medications, leisure, and recreational activities. Applicants must be of legal age to complete job requirements, possess a valid driver license, and submit to criminal background and driving record checks. Previous experience is preferred, but not required. Training is provided.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
