Part-time Cashier
Job Description Position to begin on March/April until August.
Hours will vary from depending on the needs of the store.
Availability must be flexible for covering shifts and filling in during busy days.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs+.
Responsibilities will include (not a comprehensive list):
Must be able to work the following days:
Mondays and Sundayso Delivering amazing Ace customer service.
o Checking all merchandise out at the registers.
o Greeting every customer, every time.
o Answer phones, directing calls to appropriate person.
o Store cleanliness - dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, wiping down shelving, cleaning windows, etc.
o Handling return/defective items.
o Cashiering and handling flowers, trees, grasses, fruits, vegetables and shrubs when help is needed in the garden center.
Requirements Cashiering Experience, Customer Service Experience, Punctual, Reliable, Friendly and must be able to work mornings and/or evenings on Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays.
Salary:
$15 per hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
